Funa
A family locator app designed across iOS, Android, web, print, and advertising.
Funa was the first app I was responsible for end to end. I handled the work from printed material and advertising through to the product UI for both iOS and Android.
I believe the app reached around 500,000 downloads, although I no longer have the exact figure to verify. We manually tested it across Thailand, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.
Designing it taught me a lot about mobile app development as a designer, especially how product decisions change across platforms and real-world locations. I designed the interface in Sketch.
UI
The product covered location alerts, location history, safe locations, wearables, and SOS flows.
The printed work helped explain Funa outside the app, including roll-up banners for physical spaces.
Ads
The advertising work extended the same product story into campaign visuals, focusing on alerts, SOS, location history, wearables, and the product build.
